David Salinas is the founder and curator of the Department of Brewology based out of Austin, Texas. For the last 15 years David has been dedicated to create better design and better coffee. Just recently his two passions merged in the culmination of the Department of Brewology; a typographic exploration of the art & science of handcrafted coffee.
